Return Policy and Warranty Statement

Return Policy

1. Please return the item back to us within 30 days starting from the delivery date.

2. There will be no refund on the shipping and handling fee.

3. We reserve the right to charge 10%~20% of restocking fee if the item returned with un-resalable condition.

4. Upon receiving of the returned item, we will credit back to your credit card account. For money order , we will mail back a check with the item amount.

Limited Warranty

All products purchased come with a 90-day limited warranty. Under normal usage, if the product became defective within 90 days, please return the item along with the original invoice, we will send back a replacement to you.

This limited warranty does not cover problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.

DOA Policy

1. Please make sure the problem is not caused by the recorder or DVDRW writer error.

2. Please send an email to "sales@litetrek.com" with order number state the DOA situation within 7 days of shipment.

3. We will ship a replacement along with a returned envelope for defective unit.

4. Upon receiving of the replacement unit, please ship back the defective unit.

5. If we do not receive the defective unit back within 14 days, we may charge you the cost of the replacement unit plus S&H fee.
