Q: How can I place order if I do not have a credit card?
A:
Beside credit card payment, we only accept money order. Please click on
the following link to print out the order form:

You can check the unit price from each product page. Please add 8.75%
sales tax if you are ordering form California, USA. The shipping and
handling charge are $5 per item for fax or mail order within United State.
For international order, please email to quote shipping rate.
Q: I'm trying to order a remote control and I get through the process and it
immediately flashes and says my card was declined.
A: We are not quite sure what's the real cause for that card to be declined.
You might want to make sure the billing add and the zip are correct.
Otherwise, you'll have to use another card to process

Q: How long do I expect to receive my order?
A: Please expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days. For
international order, depend on country, it will take longer for the shipping.
Q: Do you provide UPS or Fedex shipment?
A: No, we use US Post Service for shipping. Based on our experience, the
USPS first class delivery is faster than UPS or Fedex ground shippment.
